Which orders count?+
Every order your store receives, from your shop, WhatsApp, the API or entered by hand. Orders imported from your old platform don't count.
What happens after 100 orders?+
Each new order that month uses 2 credits ($0.02). When a store has used 2,900 credits ($29) in a month, the rest of its orders that month are free.
What if my wallet runs out?+
Orders keep coming in: Ostorya never blocks an order. Your balance can go below zero; paid extras pause until you add credits.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits stay in your wallet until you use them, and they work in all your stores.
Can I get a refund?+
No: credit purchases are final. That's why Ostorya is pay-as-you-go: you start with 100 free orders a month, buy small packs only when you need them, and your credits never expire. If we charge you twice or a paid feature fails on our side, we fix it.
Is there a contract?+
No contract and no monthly fee. You can stop at any time.
